As part of a Google Certification project, I led UX research and design for Vaccess from January to July 2022. Addressing the challenge of finding vaccination centers in Lagos, we streamlined the process, incorporating real-time data for a user-friendly app and website.
Many Lagos residents struggle to locate vaccination centers and access real-time information on vaccine availability, resulting in inconvenience and uncertainty during the vaccination process.\
